UX content guidelines


ServiceTitan’s design system did not have content guidelines, and as the only content designer in the organization, I needed a solid set of rules for PMs and designers to follow in order to maintain consistency in the UI.


Provide content guidelines for each relevant design component, providing helpful guidance and resources for anyone involved in writing product copy - including product managers, designers, and engineers.

How I helped

  • Collaborated with the design system team to decide on formatting and presentation.
  • Used the content guidelines for components as the starting point for adding a dedicated “Content” section to serve as the home for all content-related resources in the design system documentation.
