I am a professional content writer with 15 years of technical and creative experience writing and designing for print and the web.  I bring technical skills, creative talent, and a client-oriented approach to any team or project that I join.

My professional experience includes 3 years as a copy editor and desktop publishing specialist. I spent 4 years building my technical chops and developing my customer service skills as an end-user support specialist for ProStaff and as an independent contractor for companies like Travelers Insurance, RBC Dain Rauscher, and Macy’s. And then I started my own creative services business in 2005 where I’ve worked on projects for clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies like Ameriprise, Best Buy, Target, and ING.

My speciality is communication. I take the question marks out of creative and technical work and replace them with clear planning, tangible milestones, and a finished product that delights and exceeds expectations.

Technology is a tool. Creativity is the muscle that drives it. But my goal is to use both elements to effectively communicate emotion, ideas, and information to the audience.
