Challenge
ServiceTitan created a new timesheet management app for service technicians.
Solution
Describe functionality with action-oriented language and ensure that the app content and voice were both internally consistent with itself, but also consistent with the entire ServiceTitan platform.
How I helped
- Created new copy
- Revised existing copy for improved clarity and tone
- Worked with designer and project manager to ensure consistent use of terminology and messaging
- Provided recommendations for improving interactions beyond just the content
